Dr. Marina Bonaccolto-Töpfer



Marina Bonaccolto-Töpfer is associate professor at the University of Enna (Italy). Before joining the University of Enna in 2023, she was tenure-track assistant professor of Economics at the University of Genoa (Italy). Until 2021, she was a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg at the chair of Labor and Regional Economics. Her research interests are applied labor economics with focus on gender economics.

Marina Bonaccolto-Töpfer holds a doctoral degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim (Germany). During her doctoral studies, she visited the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu (China) and University of Pavia (Italy). Marina Bonaccolto-Töpfer studied at the University of Bolzano (Economics, Politics and Philosophy), Pavia (Economics, Finance and International Integration) and Hohenheim (Economics) and was a scholarship holder of the Landesgraduiertenförderung Baden-Württemberg and the thematic network Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Finance.
