| Andreas Damelang has been a researcher at the Chair of Sociology and Empirical Social Research at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg (Prof. Dr. Martin Abraham) since 2013. He was a scholarship holder of the joint Graduate Programme of the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) and the School of Business and Economics of the Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU) from 2008 to 2010. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2014 for his thesis “Labour market integration of migrants. Exploiting the potential of cultural diversity“.
His research focuses on issues in migration and integration, occupational regulation, and occupational labour markets. | |
